Who We Are
SCOA is a legally constituted body, which was incorporated in 2003 as the National Council of Migrant Resource and Settlement Agencies (NCMRSA).
The NCMRSA changed its name to the Settlement Council of Australia in 2008. SCOA is made up of member organisations from all states and territories in Australia. For more information about our members see our SCOA Members page.
SCOA is governed by an Executive Committee and managed by an Executive Officer. The Executive Committee are elected by the member organisations, with each state and territory having one representative, except NSW and Victoria which have two representatives. See our currentExecutive Committee.
