I am pleased to commence my report with the exciting announcement that the National Council of Migrant and Settlement Agencies (NCMRSA) have been successful in securing funding from the Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC) to establish an Executive Support Officer position for the financial year 2008-09.
